Welcome to the GCTool Blog, I hope to maintain this in tandem with the already wonderful wiki software provided by the Google code hosting project. Typically I don't like having all my weasels in a bucket, however Google makes it hard not to do exactly that when all you need is a gmail ID.
GCTool stands for Geocaching Tools which will be a family programs to help manage a geocaching profile of your own or stored on one of a few large geocaching web sites. Currently only a few geocaching web sites come to mind, please correct me if I miss anything.
Geocaching.com is maintained by Groundspeak Inc. who seem cool enough, however I personally wanted to do more and this project hopes extend the feature set of common geocaching web sites.
